We highly recommend these lofts. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The building and its amenities are consistently clean with amazing smells and they keep refreshments stocked. The pool is beautiful and the lounge areas are super comfy. If you are looking for a place to call home for you and your family. We highly recommend especially for those that are relocating. The process was super easy with the help of Meagan and the team.

Meagan at the Mojud Lofts was wonderful and welcoming from the beginning. She showed me numerous apartments and made sure I moved into the one that was perfect for me. I enjoy everything about living here. I love watching the trains glide by. Surprisingly they are pretty quiet. While I do hear occasional sounds, it's a fair trade off to have amazing light and blue skies from inside the apartment. I highly recommend these apartments. You can walk to the corner and there are many food options a block away. 5 stars for sure.

I have nothing but good things and I don’t even know where to start. From the beautiful landscape of the exterior to the modern floor plan layout of the Mock 1bd. I love it all, I’m a huge fan of rustic and modern and it captures both looks all in one. And the leasing staff is just outstanding, always willing to go above and beyond to help me out, even when times was uncertain regarding my approval. Carrissa were able to guide me through the process to ensure that I get approved. I would recommend this property to everyone!!

Wow!!!! This is the most beautiful place I’ve ever rented. My experience from beginning to end was handle with kind compassionate professionalism. Megan held our hand through the whole process. My family and I moved from Lake Norman for better career opportunities at Moses Cone Hospital and sometimes it can be challenging to rent one place while getting another lease. We looked at 15 apartments including our sister property of our current resident. None of them compares to this property. The management staff are top notch, they are very responsive night and day and on the weekends, I could not ask for any more!

Loving MoJud Lofts living! The apartment has the modern yet rustic feel I wanted. The high ceilings! Love it! I love being able to safely walk the community. MoJud is a pet lovers dream home. Dog park, plus the dog wash! The different types of food that is available close by to choose from is a plus! Friendly, helpful resident managers Carisa and Meagan sealed the deal to choose MoJud!
