MoJud Lofts accepts a maximum of 2 pets per apartment.
$400 non-refundable fee 1st pet/ $200 non-refundable fee 2nd and $35/month per pet.
No weight restrictions or breed restrictions, but we reserve the right to interview our future furry friends to ensure a good fit for our community.
